Do you provide airport transfers worldwide?

How does flight tracking work?
Give us your flight number when you book. We monitor the inbound flight and move the pickup time automatically if it is early or delayed, so you are never charged for a delay that was not yours. International arrivals include sixty minutes of free waiting, domestic arrivals thirty.
Is the price I am quoted the price I pay?
Yes. Quotes are all-inclusive of tolls, taxes, parking, fuel and gratuity, and they do not change because of traffic or a longer route. Extra stops, added waiting time or a change of vehicle are the only things that alter a fare, and we confirm those in writing first.
Can I book for concerts, sports games and theatre?
Yes. We cover arena concerts, Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena events, Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions fixtures, theatre nights and festivals. The chauffeur stages nearby during the event and meets you at a pickup point agreed in advance.
What vehicles are available?
Business Class and First Class saloons, Business SUV, Business Van, Executive Sprinter, stretch limousines, minibuses and coaches, plus an Electric Class where the city supports it. Exact models vary by location and are confirmed on your booking.
Can I book corporate travel on account?
Yes. Corporate clients get consolidated invoicing, a named account contact, cost-centre reference fields on every booking, and chauffeurs briefed on confidentiality before assignment. Contact us to open an account.
Do you handle intercity and cross-border trips?
Yes. Toronto to Niagara Falls, Blue Mountain, Ottawa, Kingston, London, Buffalo and Detroit are run at fixed all-inclusive rates with one chauffeur for the whole journey. Cross-border journeys are quoted with the border crossing built into the schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard transfers can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled pickup. Stretch limousines, coaches, weddings and event contracts carry their own terms, which are stated on the quote before you confirm.
